Silver Coaching Package

£77 per Month
  • Initial telephone or zoom/skype planning session to establish your endurance goals.
  • Tailored training programme geared towards your endurance goals, built around your existing commitments.
  • Premium subscription to TrainingPeaks included
  • Weekly detailed triathlon training plan uploaded to TrainingPeaks.
  • Weekly online analysis, support and feedback.
  • Zoom/Skype meeting every 4 weeks.
  • Ongoing email/text support

Gold Coaching Package

£117 per Month
  • Initial in person planning session to establish your endurance goals
  • Tailored training programme geared towards your endurance goals, built around your existing commitments.
  • Premium subscription to TrainingPeaks included
  • Weekly detailed triathlon training plan uploaded to TrainingPeaks
  • Weekly online analysis, support and feedback.
  • In person or zoom/skype meeting every 4 weeks.
  • Ongoing email/text support
  • Supervised Bike FTP test at our performance centre every 6 weeks
  • Triathlon specific, bespoke strength & conditioning plan
  • 1 x 60 minute Remedial/sports massage per month

Platinum Coaching Package

£157 per Month
  • Initial in person planning session to establish your endurance goals
