Meet Ian Travers, Head Coach

I have been involved in triathlon since 2012, completing my first sprint triathlon. It was at this point I caught the triathlon bug and was hooked. In the years since, I have gone on to complete several half iron distance events as well as 3 x Ironman finishes, 2 of these being at the famous Ironman Lanzarote - The world's toughest Ironman course!

As well as a passion for all things triathlon, I have also moved into the world of endurance swimming and in 2018 successfully swam the length of Loch Lomond - 23 miles long, a long day at the office!! 

I have a real drive to help others achieve their goals and believe that my experience of these events are invaluable in order to support and coach you on your journey - I’ve been in your position.

I have a Degree in Exercise Science and I'm an Ironman certified Coach. As a personal trainer since 2008, I take a great deal of pride in supporting people to reach their personal goals.

Along with personalised training plans built around your life, professional and family commitments I will support you throughout your journey with regular check ins and support.
