At On Target Triathlon & Endurance Coaching, we offer triathlon and endurance coaching for athletes of all abilities. Whether you want to give triathlon a go for the very first time, take the step up to Ironman. Or improve in any of the disciplines, we can help.
We offer a variety of packages to suit from our bronze online package right through to our top end Platinum One to One package.
At On target, our coaching philosophy is to help you get the most out of your available training time. We don’t believe in junk mileage or useless workouts. We believe every workout has a purpose and we are here to help you reach your goals!
We approach coaching our athletes from a holistic perspective. We know that adult age-group athletes can have substantial demands on their time outside of training and racing. Understanding what is going on in each athlete’s life and how to incorporate triathlon into a lifestyle is imperative to developing a plan that is efficient and successful for the athlete.
Meet Ian Travers, Head Coach
My passion for coaching is driven by helping athletes reach their full
potential and accomplish the goals they set out to achieve. Empowering
each athlete to grow and develop to be the best they can be is what I find
to be the most satisfying part of coaching.
